What this website is for

This is the brand website. Nothing is sold directly on this website. Consumers buy in the official web shop for their country; each web shop has its own terms and conditions, which apply to purchases there. Businesses can send wholesale, dealer and custom-engraving requests through the forms on this website.

Business requests and quotes

  • A request through this website does not oblige you to anything, and it does not oblige us either.
  • A quote is valid for the period stated in it. An order is only binding once we have confirmed it in writing (email is enough).
  • Prices for businesses are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery terms, payment terms and volume prices are set out in the quote or order confirmation.
  • Becoming an official dealer is subject to a separate dealer agreement. We may decline a request without giving a reason.

Photos, texts and trademarks

The texts, product photos, videos and logos on this website belong to us or to the makers who licensed them to us. The brand names and logos of our laser lines are our trademarks. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. Official dealers may use our product photos and descriptions to sell our products, within the terms of their dealer agreement.

We take care that the information on this website is correct and up to date, but errors are possible. Specifications and availability may change. The specifications in a quote or order confirmation apply. Always read the laser safety information and the manual that comes with every laser.

We are not liable for damage caused by using this website or by relying on information on it, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
